Welcome to the amazing world of arachnids at the big exhibition of live spiders and scorpions, which will delight you this summer in the Old Town of city Poreč!

DETAILS ABOUT EXHIBITION
A large exhibition of live spiders and scorpions, originating from the private collection of Sašo Čotar, opened its doors on 7th june 2025 in the famous Old Town of city Poreč. The exhibition will have its doors open for visitors until 12th October 2025. The exhibition features more than 50 different species of arachnids from all over the world, from America, Africa, Europe to Asia. There will be no shortage of tarantulas, black widows and scorpions. Geographically and color-diverse species of many tarantulas are on display, including the largest spider species in the world and many endangered spider species. Also on display are extremely interesting dwarf species of tarantulas and various species of black widows from all over the world.
Spiders are also accompanied by scorpions, so there is no shortage of the largest and the most venomous, as you can see the five most venomous species in the world, including the most dangerous Indian red scorpion.
Visitors can get acquainted with the general characteristics of these animals through educational posters, and each terrarium is also equipped with information on the specific characteristics of each species.
